Exchange rate
The daily exchange rate is the rate valid for payments in foreign currency. 0.05 will be retained for hotel expenses.
Vouchers and discounts
We ask all guests in possession of a voucher or hotel voucher to indicate this at the time of booking. Vouchers not announced during the booking or at least 1 day prior to arrival may not be accepted. If the voucher does not cover the entire stay, the rest of the payment can be made in cash, EC-Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Postcard. The payment of 50% in WIR will not be possible.
Long stay discounts are only valid for bookings, which have been made directly by e-mail or telephone. You will receive the long-stay discount and other special discounts even with bookings made online on La Rocca Prenotazioni.
